I have to say, when I was growing up and attending summer camp + youth retreats, we would make these thing called "Warm + Fuzzies" out of yarn. Basically a craft project to keep our idle hands busy. This is what they look like. I think this looks like warm + fuzzies glued to a headband. Which I probably would've worn at summer camp in 1991.
It looks like someone took a whole bunch of those pom-poms that you make as a kid out of really cheap yarn and glued them all together. I would only wear this if my 5 year old cousin made it for me.
Kudos to the girl that can pull it off (read: beautiful in anything), but I think most of us would end up looking like Carmen Miranda slumming it at Joann Fabrics.
