Unplug for Earth Day.
C'mon.
If I can do it, you can do it.
I plan to spend Thursday offline prepping a script for a film shoot I'm helping with this weekend. And then maybe I'll go for a run* before I dig into the stack of library books that's collecting dust on the coffee table.
*I don't want to brag...but yesterday I clocked a 14-minute mile.

ReplyDeletecool...a 14 minute mile! you go girl!
ReplyDeleteI've been doing the run/walk thing- 5 min. run and 1 min. walk. You'd be surprised at how much that 1 min. of walking helps. It's gotten me down to 11 minute miles after just a year of running.
