I am NOT a ruffle person



Really I'm not. But these ruffly pieces are insane.

(I bet crutch would make the shrug for you if you asked her.)

    Those are amazing. I'm not a ruffles person either and especially not a poofy bride type! Must have that SHRUG!!!
