This beautiful shot by Karen Wise reminds me.... I wore an assy-looking tank top for my hair/makeup test the day before the wedding and people took a thousand pictures.My advice to you is, plan great outfits for the entire wedding week. You will be amazed by the number of cameras pointed at you.

Assy!! Hilare! But so true. Wear a v-neck in a color that suits you. I had my test the day of my bachelorette so I could go out afterwards and see how it all held up during pics and partying. We made adjustments accordingly. I want to get married again!
ReplyDeleteMy hair/makeup test was right before the rehearsal. Stylist friend flying in from new york, lost luggage... Quite traumatic, I don't recommend waiting that long. BUT makeup was fabulous (and totally natural) for the one million pics people took at the rehearsal + rehearsal dinner.
